Payment Methods

1) From the item page, select the desired amount of the product.
2) Add the product to your Basket.
3) Once you have finished shopping, click on Basket.
4) Select a shipping method and a payment method.
5) Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
6) Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay with Paypal”.
7.1) You will have to login into your personal Paypal account and pay the amount provided.
or
7.2) You can choose an option “Pay with my credit or debit card”.

After the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.

For each order we will prepare an invoice. The document will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Please note that once the order has been confirmed there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.

Refund policy

Normally we do not provide refunds. However if the product you have received is damaged, please let us know at web@chocolatenaive.com and we will refund or send you a new product of same kind. Claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the product was already damaged when received from couriers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
